自十六世紀歐洲的傳教士開始探索中國文化，開啟漢學研究以來，經歷無數漢學研究者艱辛努力，終使漢學從篳路藍縷到開枝散葉。隨著近年中國經濟勢力的崛起，全球掀起中國熱，漢學也從而蔚為國際顯學。回顧漢學的發展，華文世界傳統的研究成果已有穩定的基礎和豐厚的底蘊；但西方世界的漢學研究勇於嚐新，擅以跳脫的視角和突破的勇氣，為漢學研究注入活水，自成體系，價值獨具。不可諱言，正是東西雙方的漢學魅力精彩交融，方能造就出今日的國際漢學風采大觀。

當今各國漢學研究的特色，除了前瞻性的研究趨向，另闢蹊徑的新材料、新方法與新觀點，甚至慧眼獨具的新議題，也不在少數，都是當前中外漢學界頗感興趣的論題。

值此資訊網路時代，數位科技為漢學研究帶來許多新的研究工具，國內外各大學和研究機構，莫不積極進行文獻數位化的工作，並利用大數據資料庫的檢索方式分析、比對資料，而有突破性的發現，成果非常豐碩。世界各國漢學資源新工具的產生和應用，以及未來的發展趨勢，亦是值得關注的課題。

有鑑於此，國家圖書館漢學研究中心和中央研究院數位文化中心，特以「全球視野下的漢學新藍海」為題，共同召開國際學術研討會。廣邀世界各國漢學機構與學者，展現各自的漢學研究成果與特色，並藉由此研討會，促使海外與臺灣在地的學者專家進行學術對話與交流，為新世紀的漢學研究發展，碰撞出思想的火花，擘劃跨越時空和文化藩籬的新趨勢，打造全球漢學研究新的里程碑。

【「空間資訊科學與中國研究」摘要】
晚近包含GIS（Geographic Information System）、GPS（Global Positioning System）、RS（Remote Sensing）等方法、技術與理念的Geo-spatial Technology，以最符合人類思考模式的方式，將各種不同類型、不同時空的資料，以數位方式做最有效的處理、整合與應用，進而可多面向的展現其意涵與價值。將之應用於與中國有關之各種議題，特別是中國歷史方面的研究，相當程度上可擴大其各種議題探索的可能性與有效性。

中央研究院地理資訊科學研究專題中心，長期以來致力於空間資訊技術的研發與積累。目前已研發與建成2D、3D以致於4D的中國研究時空平臺，同時也廣泛的蒐集各種空間基礎資料如地圖、航空照片等，並予以加值處理及做各種有效的應用。在所有研究發展的過程中，中心成員並且廣泛與各學科的專家學者合作，共同探討與發展有效的研究支援模式，從而積極促進學術界各種跨領域整合研究的具體實踐。該演講將盡可能以圖像方式呈現如上所論，並就教於與會者。

The recent advances in geo-spatial technology, including GIS (Geographic Information System), GPS (Global Positioning System), and RS (Remote Sensing), have demonstrated its capability in integrating and transforming numerous spatio-temporal data into meaningful information and unveiling insights in an intuitive way. Applying geo-spatial technology in studies related to China, especially the history of China, expands the possibilities and effectiveness of research.

The Center for Geographic Information Science (GIS center) at Academia Sinica has endeavored to develop geo-spatial technology, build up the digital infrastructures and collect huge amount of geo-spatial data since 1989. We also have created the 2D, 3D, and 4D spatial platforms of Chinese Civilization in Time and Space (CCTS). The Center continues to increase collections and digitization of various maps and remote sensing images and to promote value-added applications. Researchers in the GIS center actively collaborate with scholars from different fields and provide efficient support and service models in order to meet the needs of interdisciplinary studies. The presentation will be communicated in graphics and we look forward to your comments.

【「開港通商以及外國勢力在中國的擴張（1870-1881）」摘要】
中國海關總稅務司署自1859年依照各地海關的《貿易季表》中的貨物進出口數據，開始編輯《貿易年表》。總稅務司署在1870年開始擴大調查統計的範圍，並於1873年正式成立造冊處。1860年代中國海關的貿易統計數據中不標準化的情況被徹底改正，自1870年開始，該數據翔實地反映當時外國公司和商人在中國條約口岸的商業活動和勢力範圍，也開始逐年比較中國海關的四大關稅：一、進口稅；二、出口稅；三、子口稅；和四、洋藥稅。換言之，在1882年《貿易報表》和《貿易報告》編之一冊之前，1870年至1881年的《貿易報表》是研究晚清中外國際貿易之相對可靠而且完整的數據。

為了忠實呈現這十二年間，十九個條約口岸中的各項數據，利用地理資訊系統建立時空分配的數據庫是現在最有效的解決方案。利用地理資訊系統建立圖層後，可清淅呈現各國在中國的三種貿易形態：一、外國公司與居民在各口的分佈；二、各國在各口的進出口比例；三、各國從沿海口岸至內陸口岸的擴張速度。地理資訊系統於歷史學研究之應用之必要條件為大量的數據和地點分佈，而中國海關造冊處所遺留下來的數據，除了可以讓學者重新瞭解晚清中國國際貿易的優劣勢，也將重新生成大量的圖層，重新呈現十九世紀國際貿易史的新樣貌。

The compiling and publishing of the Returns of Trade by the Statistical Department of the Inspectorate General of Customs provide vast data on trading records of various items. While the Inspectorate was setting up Custom Houses in different treaty ports, not only did foreign merchants and firms find it much more accessible to expand their business, but this standardised statistical system also started to record their business activities from the Chinese coastlines into the inland.

The richness of the Returns is beyond trading records. Since 1870, each Custom House started to record the population of each western country in its treaty port and the number of each country’s firm, and to estimate the population of Chinese inhabitants. The Custom Houses stopped recording these figures in 1881. These records enable the studies to address the question – ‘when, how effectively and efficiently did western business enterprises expand from coastal into inland China?’

Although the data is not as vast as the over 90 year trade returns, the command of this data needs the establishment of a database and the presentation of analytical results needs the platform of geographic information system (GIS). By overlapping different layers, this paper will present that 1) the regions preferred by particular country’s enterprises, 2) the routes how particular country’s enterprise chose to expand into inland China, and 3) the growth of foreign and Chinese communities developed by western commerce in treaty ports.

The combination between GIS and historical studies has successfully demonstrated interrelations between the expansion of railway network and the growth of population in Turkey, Finland, Portugal, etc. This paper aims to present another paradigm, namely the connections between western enterprises’ expansion and population growth in nineteenth century China.

《漢學研究》（季刊）計劃於2017年6月出版「經解與變異」專輯，由政治大學中文系林啟屏教授籌劃主編。論文以中、英文撰寫皆可，中文稿以不超過二萬五千字，英文稿以30頁以內為原則，體例請依照本刊「稿約」和「寫作格式」。專輯內容說明如下：經學的發展向來與經解的關係密切，我們從歷來的經學歷史以觀，可以發現當「經解」產生「變異」的階段，經學活動的動能通常是相當強大。因為，當舊有的解釋系統無法滿足知識分子對於聖人之道的想像，或是符合他們解釋世界與改變世界的欲望時，改變原有的解釋典範，常常是解經者採行的方式。當然，造成「經解」產生「變異」的原因，實為多端。或為外在的環境條件之變遷，或為內在義理結構的發展，都可能是「經解」產生「變異」之因。因此我們期望經由本專輯的籌劃，能對於此一領域的議題之發展，有深入的討論，進而豐富經學研究的內涵。

外籍訪問學人應邀參加雙十國慶酒會

內容簡介：

中華民國國慶酒會是每年國慶活動盛事之一，本（2015）年國慶酒會循例在臺北賓館舉行。為加強國際學術文化交流，本館特別安排漢學研究中心「外籍學人來臺研究漢學獎助」及外交部「臺灣獎助金」訪問學人及其眷屬出席盛宴。學人們對於受邀參加我國國慶酒會皆深感榮幸，尤其臺北賓館是國家一級古蹟，鮮少對外開放，因此更顯其機會難得，彌足珍視。

今年出席國慶酒會的學人共計18國34人，由本館曾淑賢館長、吳英美副館長及館內單位主管陪同全程參加。一行人在巴洛克式的古典洋樓建築和戶外庭園中，與三千多名國內外貴賓一起共賞樂曲及歌舞表演，包括中西合璧九人組樂團，以中華傳統樂器及西洋樂器合奏知名國樂及西洋樂曲，以及花東原住民團體演出阿美族歌舞，動人的歌聲與輕快的節奏讓與會賓客不禁隨之舞動。酒會除備有各式中西美食外，特別提供具有臺灣各地特色的傳統小吃、客家地方菜、原住民風味餐，以及喜憨兒糕餅等。也特別安排「捏麵人」、「剪影」及「草編創作藝術」等師傅現場創作，讓國內外賓客在品嚐美酒佳餚同時，亦能見識我國的傳統民俗文化。

漢學研究中心俞小明副主任於2015年10月13日起轉任故宮博物院圖書文獻處編纂。俞主任畢業於國立臺灣師範大學歷史系，後赴美國愛荷華大學取得圖書資訊學碩士學位。返國後陸續任職於臺北市立圖書館、臺灣師範大學圖書館、國家圖書館。俞主任原任國圖特藏文獻組主任，2009年11月起兼任漢學研究中心副主任。俞主任任內致力國圖漢學文物與古籍的取得、保存、交流，績效卓著，足為專業楷模。並分別於2012、2013年獲得傑出圖書館員獎以及教育部與所屬機關學校優秀公教人員等獎項。

《漢學研究通訊》創刊於1982年，每年出版四期。旨在報導臺灣地區漢學研究、教學、活動、資料等項訊息，並兼及中國大陸、海外地區各地漢學研究訊息，發行遍及海內外約50個國家及地區。

《漢學研究通訊》徵求專論文章，主題範圍如下：

（1）漢學相關學科研究成果綜述

（2）漢學研究新視野及計畫

（3）國際漢學機構介紹

（4）中外著名漢學家傳略、業績與貢獻

（5）學人訪談

「新書評介」專欄。歡迎對外國語文漢學相關近3年新書進行介紹且兼有評論的書評。文長以1,000-1,500 字為佳，歡迎投稿。

政府公報乃國家重要典章制度之彙集，為纂修歷史之原始資料，舉凡軍政措施、法令文告、人事任免、會議紀錄等，均有助於近代史之研究。（本系統可透過網路免費列印全文）

四、「全國圖書書目資訊網」（http://nbinet.ncl.edu.tw/）：
收錄的資料包括國家圖書館及79所各類型合作單位陸續提供之書目及館藏資料、國際標準書號中心新書書目、漢學研究中心藏書目錄、民國1-38年參考書目、港澳地區參考書目。

五、「新書資訊網」（http://isbn.ncl.edu.tw/NCL_ISBNNet/）：
為臺灣所有新書出版的最前哨站，可查詢臺灣最新的出版相關資訊。

六、「臺灣人社及社會科學引文資料庫」（http://tci.ncl.edu.tw）：
收錄臺灣及海外華人出版之人文及社會科學期刊、臺灣全國博士論文及專書，建立學術論著之來源文獻及引用文獻分析資訊，有助於瞭解學術著作之連結脈絡，同時提供跨學門資料庫檢索平臺服務，建立學術論著引用率及被引用率之書目分析，一方面作為人文及社會科學研究檢索之重點資料庫，另一方面則作為學術研究及相關機構瞭解各學門論著之參考依據。
